Managing full-cycle multi-state recruitment from start to finish

Preparing job descriptions, post jobs and advertisements, via LinkedIn and other channels

Coordinate with outside search companies and multiple team members on scheduling, hosting (on-site), virtual conferences, travel arrangements, etc.

Monitor, screen, update and/or remove postings

Track/coordinate team feedback; update message boards; schedule/perform reference checks; denial or acceptance letters

Prepare Offer Letter, and other hiring documents, for execution; distributed fully executed documents to all parties

Coordinate with new hire on required background check; performed check; resolved any issues

Notify/coordinate with IT, etc. on new hire setup

Lead on purchasing/delivery of new hire laptops, supplies and sway, ensuring receipt prior to start date
